MOLESEY- 376 Walton Road, (Corner with Grange Road) West Molesey, Surrey KT8 2JE

By Road: B369 – FROM HAMPTON COURT
Aim to reach Kingston upon Thames and then follow signs for Hampton Court.Once over Hampton Court Bridge, turn right into Creek Road that leads into Bridge Road. At the second mini roundabout, turn right into the Walton Road (B369). When the main shops have ended there is a stretch of about one mile and then there is another small parade of shops and a pub called The Lord Hotham. Just past the pedestrian crossing turn left into Grange Road where you can park. The practice is the last house on this parade.

By Road: FROM WALTON ON THAMES
From Walton A3050 Terrace Road, turn right into the Walton Road B369 at the reservoir. Follow the road to a cross-road and turn left. After about one mile there is an 'S' bend with a Church on the left hand side and a parade of shops on the right. The B369 then straightens and you will see the Molesey Football Club on the right side. Just beyond the Club you will see a pedestrian crossing and a right hand side road called Grange Road. The practice is situated on the corner of Grange Road and Walton Road.

Parking: There is ample parking available either in Grange Road or immediately outside the practice. You can request a wheelchair/pushchair ramp if necessary.

Public transport: The practice is situated half way between Hampton Court railway station and Hersham railway station. The distance is approximately 1.5 miles from either station. Bus links are also available. Owing to the frequent changes of times and route numbers, we advise that you ask the current details at the time of making the appointment.

 

WALTON ON THAMES – 49 Hersham Road, (Corner of Midway), Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 1LE

By Road: A244. From the centre of Walton follow signs to Hersham and Esher A244 which is the Hersham Road. Go straight on at both mini roundabouts until you will see a sign for a preparatory school called Westward, on the left side. The surgery is the next driveway from the school on the left.

By Road: FROM HERSHAM/ESHER
From the A244 Esher Road, follow the road to a roundabout where you will see a pub called The Barley Mow. Follow signs for Walton and Weybridge. 200 yards beyond, there will be a right filter zone into Robinson way that leads to the Hersham Road. At the mini roundabout go straight across and go under a railway bridge. At the next set of traffic lights on a cross-road, go straight across. About half a mile on from the lights, turn into 49 Hersham Road, this is the driveway immediately beyond the turning into Midway.

Parking: The practice has its own private car park that can be accessed either from the main Hersham Road or from Midway.

Public transport: The practice is under a mile from Walton on Thames railway station. Buses: The 218, 555, 556 stop outside the practice gates. The stop is named MIDWAY on the Hersham Road. Current travel times available from the Traveline Number: 0870 608 2 608.

 

CHISWICK – Doctors Surgery, 7 Wellesley Road, Chiswick London W4 4BJ.

By Road: From the main Chiswick Roundabout take the exit marked Chiswick A315. Take the second turning on the right called Oxford Road North. At the T junction turn left. This is the Wellesley Road. Number 7 is on the left hand side about half a mile down. You will see a large sign on the building marked Wellesley Road Surgery.

From Chiswick High Road head toward the direction of the Chiswick Roaundabout (away from Hammersmith direction). Turn left into Heatherfield Terrace. Go straight on at the mini roundabout and the surgery will be on the right side past Marlborough Road.

Parking: The practice has its own parking bay outside the front door.

Public transport: The nearest London Underground station is Gunnersbury or Turnham Green Station. Several bus routes serve Chiswick High Road and we are situated under a mile from the centre of the town.
